Zena Wooldridge Becomes Second Female European Squash Federation President |

The European Squash Federation, the sport's longest-established regional federation, has elected Zena Wooldridge as the second female President in its 40-year history.
Ms Wooldridge, the youngest female Chair of England Squash between 2006 and 2012, alongside her paid job as Director of Sport at the University of Birmingham, was awarded an OBE in 2009 in recognition of both these roles and her long-standing involvement in British University Sport.

I write on behalf of the ESF Referee Committee and Board to express our sadness at the tragic death of Peter Zobelein who passéd away during the ETC in Amsterdam last week.
Peter Zobelein was a valued and important member of the ESF Referee fraternity and will be missed by friends and colleagues both in Europe and across the world.

The squash world is deeply saddened by the sudden death on 7th February of 18 year old Harry Faulkner after being taken ill whilst playing squash. Harry was a talented English player who also competed in the European Junior Circuit. This is a tragic loss of such a young talented player, and all at ESF would like to extend their thoughts and condolences to Harry’s family and friends. |

Richie Fallows and Victoria Temple Murray pulled off an unexpected English double in the Swiss Junior Open Squash Championships after winning the U19 titles in the European Squash Federation Junior Circuit event at the Tennis & Squash Center Sihltal in Zurich. |
