ESF Level 3 Coaching Course Hoofddorp

After the first part of the ESF level 3 in February, the coaches worked very hard on their portfolio’s. The weekend from 24 – 26 of June was the assessment weekend where 7 coaches participated.
On the first day they started with some recap and explanation about the assessment procedure. Peter delivered a few nice presentations and together with Ronny they got the coaches working on the courts to practise some individual and group sessions.
Saturday and Sunday were very stressy for the candidates. After the final interview the result was 2 coaches passed and 5 who have to do some kind of extra work and will be able to do a re-assessment some time.
Working with Peter Hirst and Ronny Vlassaks was again a great experience. Looking forward to get more coaches to a higher level with our team of ESF tutors.
