Level 3 Assessment in Budapest, 6-8 Nov 2015

The Griff club in Budapest was the venue of a ESF Level 3 Coaching Assessment. Six candidates demonstrated their abilities in individual and group lessen followed by a question and answer session.

Additionally they had worked at home on a 6 to 8 week training plan portfolio, which they had to present to the assessors. The ESF L3 Course is very selective and once again it proved so as only three were passed immediately. The three others have to spend some more time on their portfolios before being awarded the highest formal coaching qualification.
