2023/2024 CIRCUIT

For events held between September 2023 and January 2024

Tenders should be submitted to the office between 1st September 2022 and 31st October 2022. The calendar will be reviewed by the Junior Committee during  November 2022 and will be confirmed/published before the end November 2022, providing 9 - 13 months of planning time.. 

For events held between February 2024 and August 2024

Tenders should be submitted to the office between 1st December 2022 and 28th February 2023. The calendar will be reviewed by the Junior Committee during April 2023 and will be confirmed/published before the end May 2023, providing 9 - 13 months of planning time.

To apply to host a junior circuit event between 1 Feb 2024 and 1 August 2024, please complete this Tender Document and return to the ESF office.

Late applications may be considered however may not be approved.

The status of all tournaments are reviewed and agreed by the Junior Committee. Section 4 of the Junior Guidelines outlines the criteria for each status. If you are requesting an upgrade in status for your event, then please check the Guidelines and provide details to support your application.

2023/2024 JUNIOR CIRCUIT INVITATIONS

All Junior Circuit host invitations should be sent to the ESF Office for ESF to check and distribute at least 3-4 months before the start date of your tournament. 4-5 months ideally for Super Series events.
