Level 1 Coaching course in Estonia a resounding success!

Baltic nations met in Tallinn for a Level 1 coaching course.
11 participants from Estonia and Latvia met last week at the Golden Club in the Estonian capital Tallinn, for a WSC Level 1 coaching course.
Board members Kadri Kollamaa and Mari-Liis Stalde not only handled the organisational part, but also successfully participated in the course.
WSC Tutor Michael Khan conducted the course and led the participants through a mix of lectures and practical sessions.
As assessment, candidates had to conduct group sessions with real novice players. This was a win-win situation, for the candidates it was a valuable experience to use their newly acquired coaching skills and the new players enjoyed the session so much that they stayed on after the end of the session and continued playing amongst themselves.
Most of them promised to be back soon for more squash!
